We used Carzi for the first time this past weekend and to be honest I was a little nervous about using a company I had never heard of. This turned out to be the fastest & easiest rental experience ever! The best thing was NO WAITING IN LINES AT THE CAR RENTAL!!! Carzi sends email to u with step by step instructions on pick-up & returns with a picture of the car; license plate # and the row the car will be parked in. We were in the car & driving within 10 minutes. The last time we rented a car @PHX we were in line an hour b4 we got to the counter and then they gave us the wrong car!!! Thanks again to Carzi for it great “contactless” service!
